I am a retired senior, a Christian in eighth decade of my life. In my life I have experienced significant suffering, both physically and emotionally, for many years and some chronic illnesses. I have come through a long period of self examination, introspection, soul searching and enlightenment. This has served to cement my personal beliefs as never before. Not unlike many others, I have sought to follow God’s leading, most of my life, but have found that is often difficult on one’s own.

I have discovered that the Holy Bible contains all the truth one needs on his/her personal journey. Jesus, who I believe was the incarnation of God, said to his disciples ...”If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.”(Gospel of John 8:31b,32) 

So, I accept what He revealed about God the father as truth and by embracing that TRUTH every human being can be reconciled back to God by following Jesus example. All I have to offer after many years of doing my best to do just that are my personal reflections, the words of my testimony.
